ITINERARI CULTURALI E DI RELAX
A Casperia c'è la possibilità di effettuare camminate seguendo i sentieri naturalistici che permettono di inoltrarsi nel verde della campagna Sabina:

Inoltre lungo la strada che collega Casperia a Rieti, in
località Fontecerro, c'è l'opportunità di fare pic-nic
usando i
bracieri che si trovano dislocati nel bosco;
Presso il centro sportivo 'AL.MA.LAMA a Casperia si possono trovare un campo di calcetto, campo da tennis, piscina scoperta;
A circa 5 Km di distanza nel
Comune di Roccantica esiste un maneggio che offre agli
appassionati la possibilità di fare delle cavalcate ;
Si possono raggiungere in poco tempo anche delle
località molto suggestive e ricche di storia come Greccio dove si trova il
Monastero dove soggiornò San Francesco d'Assisi; l'Abbazia di Farfa 
;
il Santuario di Vescovio.;
ABBAZIA DI FARFA
A circa un'ora di viaggio si trova il monte Terminillo
dove c'è la possibilità nei mesi invernali di sciare o durante
l'estate di godere del fresco dei boschi. 
Nel territorio della provincia di Rieti si trovano due laghi artificiali il lago Turano e il lago Salto dove è possibile pescare.

In Casperia you can take walks following the nature trails that let you
penetrate the green Sabine country side.
Also, along the road that connects Casperia to Rieti near
Fontecerro, you can have picnics taking advantage of the braziers placed
in the wood. At he AL.MA.LAMA.
sports centre in Casperia you’ll find a 5 a side football pitch,
a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool.
In the village of Roccantica at
about 5 km. there’s a riding school for lovers of horses.
In little time you can travel to various extremely suggestive
historic resorts such as Greccio where you can visit the monastery St.
Francis of Assisi stayed in; the Abby of Farfa; the Vescovio Sanctuary.
At about an hour’s journey there’s Mount Terminillo where you
can ski during the winter months or enjoy the refreshing woods during the
summer. In the territory of the
Rieti Province you can fish in the two artificial lakes of Turano and
